Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get free gardening advice online?
Yes, we offer free gardening advice via email. If you send over photos and a brief description of the issue, we’ll aim to respond within 24–48 hours with practical guidance.
This is a great starting point if you’re unsure what your garden needs. For more detailed support, we can also arrange a paid consultation with a full written plan tailored to your space.
Can you identify plants, weeds, or garden problems from photos?
In most cases, yes. Clear photos allow us to identify plants, weeds, pests, and common garden issues, and give you advice on how to manage them.
This quick and simple approach can save you time and prevent costly mistakes. If the issue is more complex, we may recommend a site visit to give you a more detailed assessment.
Do you offer in-person garden consultations?
Yes, we offer in-person consultations for more detailed advice and planning. This is ideal if you’re looking to redesign your garden, improve planting, or solve ongoing issues.
During the visit, we’ll assess your space, discuss your goals, and provide clear recommendations. We can also supply a written report so you have a structured plan to follow.
How much does a garden consultation cost?
Our initial email advice is completely free. For in-person consultations and detailed written reports, there is a charge depending on the level of support required.
We’ll always be clear about pricing upfront, and the value comes from giving you expert guidance that helps you avoid trial and error and achieve better results faster.
Can you help plan improvements for my garden?
Absolutely. Whether you want to refresh your planting, improve your lawn, or completely rethink your layout, we can help you create a clear plan of action.
We take into account your garden conditions, your preferences, and how much maintenance you want to take on, ensuring the end result is both practical and enjoyable.
What kind of gardening advice can you provide?
We can help with a wide range of gardening queries, from plant selection and layout ideas to pest control and ongoing maintenance advice.
If you’re unsure where to start, our advice gives you clarity and direction. And if you’d prefer someone to carry out the work for you, we can also take care of everything from planning through to completion.
